Job Overview
CTS International Logistics Netherlands B.V. is a growing company looking to fill a
vacant position of Quality Engineering to support the Key Account Department. This is
a fast-paced job and we are looking for a quick learner with excellent communication
skills to fill this position.
Responsibilities
First contact of customer complaint/claim: claim reception, claim confirmation, 8-D report for root-cause analysis & solutions, measures implementation, closure.
Procedure quality control: quality data collection (inbound, production, outbound), issue reporting, issue communication, problem solving, quality data analysis & solutions.
Customer quality audit: audit preparation, findings confirmation, root-cause analysis, action report, improvement measures implementation, progress monitoring, closure.
Terminal control: daily report of terminal heat camera data (temperature control), database maintenance; terminal security assessment report, monitoring deep sea container status, weekly alarm-report for inbound containers in prevention of DND risk.
Procedure quality assurance: whole-procedure working instruction preparation, in-time update and maintenance; personnel training and re-training, personnel skill matrix and development.
Coordination & communication: weekly quality meeting for solving issues and reaching agreements, project management and monitoring, solving problems from interfaces with IB & OB, daily meeting for regular issues.
Procurement: warehouse consumable material monitoring, consumables purchasing & quality check, material consumption analysis and management.
Qualifications
~ Bachelor degree or above, International Logistics, Business or relevant majors.
~1+ years of working experience in relevant industry.
~ Excellent Chinese and English written and verbal communication skills, Chinese is a must.
~ Great teamwork and communication skills, attend to details.
~ An excellent learner with the ability to work in teams
~ Good problem-solving skills.
~ Be responsible during work.
