We are hiring an Interiors Operations Leader to join our headquarters in SantAgata Bolognese (BO).You will report hierarchically to the Head of Pre-series and Series Analysis for Super Sport Cars.Your responsibilities include overseeing product development from an industrial perspective (Design For Assembly) for interiors, participating in proto and pre-series assembly phases, and managing pre-series and series analysis and problem-solving related to interior issues.Your main activities will be:Evaluating and influencing product assembly concepts in collaboration with R&D during development;Participating in interfunctional meetings to align assembly and functional requirements;Analyzing pre-series interior problems, initiating problem-solving from proto-assembly to series, involving Quality, R&D, and Industrial areas, and defining backup solutions;Participating directly in proto-assembly and pre-series assembly phases, taking responsibility for problem resolution;Collecting, reporting, and following up on assembly complaints related to interior/water management issues across all phases using dedicated systems and leading problem-solving meetings;Collaborating closely with Manufacturing Engineering on tooling setup and definitions;Supporting series production analysis and problem resolution, including active involvement in series problem-solving processes.About youDegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Automotive) or a Technical Degree with relevant experience;Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar automotive role;Knowledge of design software and CAD;Experience in interior analysis (TCA, drawings, dimensional reports, RPS concepts, plastics, molding processes);Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian and German is a plus;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Organizational and communication skills;Ability to work effectively in a team.What we offerHolistic Well-Being program;Parenthood support program;Internal job posting opportunities;Access to professional development and training programs.If interested, please submit your application by February 12th.
