Dublin 2 - office based roleGlobal business€45k - €50k base + 5% bonus + 5% pensionA global organisation is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to support and enhance its ServiceNow platform throughout the current implementation process. This is a key role within the IT team, focused on optimising ITSM processes, driving platform improvements, and delivering stakeholder value.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and enhance the ServiceNow platform, including biannual upgrades and new workflow development.Analyse business needs, document requirements, and configure the platform accordingly.Deliver training and provide support to end-users and fulfilment teams.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT service delivery and reporting.Drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with best practices.Ideal Candidate:2+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role with ServiceNow.Deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Configuration).Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA).Strong grasp of ITIL principles (ITIL v3 or v4 certification a plus).Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience with Agile/Scrum; familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma is beneficial.What’s on Offer:Opportunity to work on a global platform with cutting-edge tools.Hybrid working model with flexible arrangements.Career development and ongoing training in ServiceNow technologies.Apply now to take the next step in your ServiceNow career
