MAIN FUNCTIONS: Structuring and Developing the Companyin the Human Resources Area. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Management of internal humanresources department. - Oversee personnel performances andreporting - Direct collaboration with external offices such asPayroll Office, Safety Consultant, and Training Entities. -Directcontact with HRs office of CFMOTO HQ. ACTIVITIES - Recruitment andtalent scouting - Monitoring and managing personnel costs (HC plandevelopment) - Implementation of MBO (Management by Objectives)incentive plan for employees. - Promotion of training courses andemployees development plan. - Company reference for the welfareplan and for consultants. - Responsible for safety and privacypolicy. - Creation of company regulations. REQUIREMENTS: -Bachelor''s degree. HR qualification is a plus. - Written and spokenEnglish at B2 level or higher. - Minimum of 3 years of experiencein the human resources sector. - Familiarity with local andinternational employment laws, regulations, and best practices. -Outstanding communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.-Interest and/or experience in the motorsport ormotorcycles.
