Your role We are seeking a dynamic, motivated and detail-oriented Network & Cybersecurity Intern to join our IT team in Barcelona. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and be part of the fast growth of our company.
Your Journey Assist in the configuration of new equipment and ticket resolution. Assist in monitoring and analyzing network traffic and security logs Support the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity tools (e.g., firewalls, antivirus, intrusion detection systems). Participate in vulnerability assessments and help remediate identified risks. Assist with incident detection, response, and reporting. Help document security policies, procedures, and technical guidelines. Collaborate with IT and development teams to support secure systems and network design. Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices.
What do you bring to your trip Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field. Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, etc.). Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Good sense of humor Advanced English and Spanish level is required.
