Cryopoint is redefining longevity and wellness! We offer state-of-the-art treatments such as whole-body cryotherapy, red light therapy, dry floating, and lymphatic drainageall designed to boost recovery, performance, and well-being. As we open our brand-new Cryopoint Store in Cloche dOr, Luxembourg, we are looking for a hands-on Store Manager (f/m/d) to lead our team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Tasks
As Store Manager, you are not just responsible for store operationsyou are also an active part of the team! You will welcome and guide customers through their wellness journey, ensuring they receive the best possible experience with our treatments. Alongside managing the daily store operations, you will also participate in the treatments, oversee sales, and build a loyal customer base.
- Lead and develop your team while fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
- Personally welcome and assist customers, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-informed about our longevity treatments.
- Guide clients to their cryotherapy, red light therapy, dry floating, and lymphatic drainage treatments, providing a premium experience.
- Actively participate in store operations, from reception to service coordination.
- Manage daily store activities, including scheduling, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Develop strategies to increase customer engagement, sales, and retention.
- Monitor and optimize KPIs, ensuring a smooth and successful store operation.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and maintain a high standard of service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in store management, retail leadership, or wellness/hospitality management.
- A passion for health, wellness, and longevity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Hands-on mentalityyou lead by example and actively participate in daily operations.
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English and French (German is a plus).
