You will work closely with all General Managers to support them and serve as the first point of contact for financial controlling, P&L analysis (revenue & costs), forecast, budget, and purchasing. Additionally, in coordination with the Director of Finance & Administration, you will act as a financial partner for the CEO and Managing Director.This position, which is intended to be middle or senior level, reports directly to the Director of Finance & Administration and is part of a team of 5 at the headquarters, including the Director, Financial Controller, Assistant Financial Controller, and Financial Assistant.The candidate will be Milan based.You will be required to attend approximately 50 business trips to meet with general managers and advise on financial matters.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe ideal candidate will engage with our Operational Management Team (General Managers) and Revenue Management team across all properties regarding financial issues.
