What you''ll do:
Your primary role as the Sales Lead Manager will be to create and manage incoming requests from potential customers, guiding them through a journey from initial interest to becoming satisfied customers. By providing exceptional support and personalized experiences, you''ll ensure that every interaction leaves a positive impression, ultimately leading to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and track leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing to drive conversions
- Researching buyers of potential Key Account customers
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and operations, to optimize lead generation efforts and enhance customer experience
- Gain valuable experience with the opportunity to advance to an international team management role.

- You have a way with words and can write email copy and sequence campaigns that convert
- You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
- You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows
