For a multinational company, leader in its sector, were looking for a Tender Specialist .Key Responsibilities :Support all activities related to tender and contract management, ensuring full compliance with established administrative processes.Collaborate with the Sales department to identify relevant tender opportunities.Monitor new tender announcements, legal updates, technological advancements, and digitalization trends.Produce reports and updates regarding contract and tender progress for Sales teams and management.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in tender processes across EMEA, sharing best practices.Manage tender projects from start to finish, coordinating with colleagues across different departments.Review and organize tender documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance before final submission.Communicate tender outcomes to customers and Sales teams, managing stakeholder communications as needed.Profile :Minimum of 5 years'' experience as a Tender SpecialistStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Good with Excel.Additional information :Location : RomeIndicative gross annual salary (RAL) : 35,00040,000#J-18808-Ljbffr
