Payment Administration Intern
who is eager to learn, grow, and add value to our team. If you can sign an internship agreement (curricular or extracurricular) and are available from approximately
May to September , wed love to have you on board!
What will you do?From day one, youll be part of our Finance team and actively collaborate on:Preparation and registration of invoices in Oracle Payables (AAES01 and AAES02).Assignment of accounting keys, including account, cost centre and budget code.Management of payment flow for various lines of business.Execution of administrative tasks related to the accounting cycle.Support in internal control and review of due dates.Analysis and cleansing of historical data, among other key functions.Youll report directly to the
Accounting Manager
and receive continuous support for your professional development.
What were looking for:Students of Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
High level of English.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Basic knowledge of accounting (a plus).
Must be able to sign an internship agreement with your university or academic institution.
