Together, we can create the right conditions for a brighter future.Midsummer ItalyWe are preparing to start up a production facility in Bari and are currently looking for a Production Technician specializing in control systems and automation.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose issues within production and develop action plans.Analyze production facets and recommend improvements.Install and commission machines and equipment.Plan, organize, and perform maintenance activities.Communicate with suppliers for spare parts inventory management.Respond to breakdowns and report downtime and trends.Undertake special projects and support process improvements.Lead and support operators, including training on operational procedures.Troubleshoot bus communications such as PROFIBUS, EtherCAT, and ASi safety.Manage control system software, backups, and restorations, especially for Beckhoff systems.Connect to control systems, PLCs, actuators, and sensors for adjustments.Collaborate with Process Engineers on equipment replacements.Requirements and SkillsBachelors degree in automation engineering, vocational training, or equivalent experience.Basic troubleshooting skills for machines and control systems.Basic electrical knowledge.Proficiency in English (C1 level).2-4 years of production experience.Ability to independently approach tasks and understand manufacturing processes.Knowledge of engineering, safety practices, and yield/OEE improvement.Proactive, flexible, responsible, and capable of working independently or in teams.Strong problem-solving and planning skills.Desired SkillsKnowledge of TwinCAT and EtherCAT.Knowledge of ASi safety and Asimon.IT and network knowledge.What We OfferOpportunities for professional growth in a fast-expanding industry.A stimulating work environment with flexible hours.#J-18808-Ljbffr
