We are currently looking for a Contracting Manager for our portuguese market, based in Palma de Mallorca.
The purpose of the role is to manage a portfolio of suppliers and analyze the market, purchase, and renew contracts for the assigned destination/product, ensuring its competitiveness and maximizing sales and profitability.
Main Responsabilities:
- Developing and establishing relationships with the suppliers in their portfolio. Being able to negotiate the best possible conditions, ensuring the suppliers have a clear understanding of our value proposition and tools to maximize their performance and competitiveness in B2B.
- Enhance the assigned porfolio with new properties with high demand, sourcing new product in the assigned geography.
- Perform online analysis and analyze prices and quality and take care of the contracting and renewal process end-to-end, ensuring all contracts meet internal standards and compliance requirements.
- Manage suppliers effectively, be the main point of contact within the geographical region for all commercial matters, contracts, promos, contract amendments etc.
- Cohoperate with internal colleagues to ensure suppliers meet all health and safety requirements.
Accountabilities:
- Responsible to sign the most competitive rates for JumbOnline clients in B2B and B2A environment.
- Monitoring the Performance of each supplier working closely with the
- Pricing team to ensure optimal competitiveness and availability
- Ensure the supplier has a clear understanding of how the partnership with JumbOnline can lead to common success and optimize revenues.
Requirements Experience:
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills, thriving in the creation and maintenance of successful long-term commercial relationships with suppliers.
- Experienced with proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills in Portuguese and English. Spanish would be a nice plus
- Solid experience (3+ years) and commercial knowledge of the travel hospitality industries, key competitors, industry issues and related technology.
