We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Global CIO / IT Director to lead the companys global IT and digital agenda.JOB PURPOSEThe role involves envisioning, defining, and implementing applications and systems, user experience, data integrations, and predictive analytics. The person will develop and maintain IT solutions by collaborating with stakeholders to optimize business processes and manage ERP implementation, ensuring integrated data flows support business intelligence dashboards, KPI monitoring, and predictive analytics initiatives.MAJOR ACTIVITIESDefine the overall ICT architecture and evolution roadmap, considering emerging technologies such as cloud-native architecture, microservices, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless computing.Develop IT development roadmaps and strategic plans aligned with company leadership on an annual and three-year basis.Manage global implementation and development projects, focusing on ERP systems, process improvements, and BI, coordinating internal teams and external consultants.Ensure application and systems maintenance complies with regulations and policies, defining SLAs.Oversee IT projects in production environments, collaborating with department managers to define organizational improvements.Manage the IT budget, negotiations, contracts, and relationships with service partners, seeking continuous improvement.Provide weekly reports on project progress across all IT areas.Support departments with feasibility studies for innovative projects.Research emerging technologies and assess their potential applications.Drive process reengineering initiatives leveraging digital tools and ERP functionalities, aligned with business goals.Organize IT resources and workflows according to standards like ITIL.PROFILEEducation: Bachelors degree in Business, Mathematics, IT, or related fields.Languages: English and Italian.Experience: 5-8 years in a similar role, with experience in integrating ERP with manufacturing systems (e.g., MES), automation, and AI in IT operations (AIOps).Qualifications: Experience in automation, AI, Agile methodologies, digital transformation, business analysis, and project delivery with MS Dynamics NAV and Business Central. Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Knowledge of enterprise data architecture and governance is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
