1. Manage a team of quality engineers supporting production by preparing and revising quality control documents, recommending quality control tools and methods, assessing nonconforming products, and supporting quality issues.
2. Oversee the nonconformity process: assess nonconformities, participate in investigations, recommend product dispositions, and advise on corrective and preventive actions.
3. Analyze quality KPIs to prioritize tasks and provide recommendations to management.
4. Lead meetings to report on nonconformities, CAPA, and improvement efforts, including KPI reviews such as Quality System Management Review.
5. Drive product and process improvements through CAPA and Kaizen methodologies.
6. Provide data for regulatory dossiers and requests.
7. Serve as SME for internal and external audits.
8. Recruit, hire, train, and develop the quality engineering team, setting objectives, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
