We are seeking an EMEA-based Sr. Director, Employee Success People Consultants (ESPCs) to join our Global ES People Consultant leadership team. This individual will lead an EMEA-based ESPC team at Salesforce with global partnership and impact. This role is critical to the transformation and scaling of Employee Success services to leaders and employees worldwide.The Sr. Director will work closely with leaders across ES, including EMEA ESLT and People Services, to evolve our service delivery model and develop standardized ways of working aligned with our EMEA Operating Model. Responsibilities include leading, developing, and coaching ESPC leaders, managing HR processes such as employee relations, coaching, conflict resolution, and program delivery.This role will be a key member of the EMEA ES Leadership team, partnering with ESBP leadership and driving change. The individual will bring operational expertise, partner with COEs and ES People Services teams to evolve our operating model, and lead discussions on work execution and service needs across locations. The Sr. Director will report to the Vice President, People Services Strategy & Global People Consultants and be part of the EMEA Employee Success extended leadership team.ResponsibilitiesLead, develop, and grow the regional team of People Consultants and Leaders to manage HR processes, including employee relations, policy guidance, data analysis, compensation, talent programs, and manager coaching.Represent EMEA People Services on the EMEA ES Leadership Team, ensuring excellent service integration across regional functions.Understand local priorities to adapt our ''glocalization'' framework, aligning global and local needs with business and talent strategies.Partner with EMEA People Services, Global leadership, and other stakeholders to refine and evolve the EMEA service operating model.Use data to prioritize team initiatives and inform long-term organizational priorities, including ''move the work'' initiatives.Lead service delivery improvement projects, managing resources and investments to support the evolving operating model.Define metrics to measure team impact and leverage data to enhance performance and experience for employees and leaders.Manage, motivate, and coach the team to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and strong leadership.Lead change management efforts across senior ES leaders and stakeholder groups with diverse needs.Handle escalations from managers, employees, and ES teams as needed.Required Skills / ExperienceExtensive HR, employee relations, or operations experience, preferably in HRBP roles across multiple European countries.Multilingual skills are desirable.Knowledge of EMEA regional and country-specific regulations and nuances.Ability to influence multiple stakeholder groups and support organizational needs.Expertise in HR programs and execution.Proven ability to lead projects, manage change, and build relationships across teams.Experience using data analytics to drive decisions.Experience in scaling global organizations.Leadership skills in coaching, giving feedback, and managing teams.Strong collaboration and virtual team-building skills.Bachelors degree or relevant experience; 12+ years in HR roles, including HRBP, leadership, or Shared Services.
