Are you a seasoned Pega Senior System Architect looking for your next freelance opportunity? Join our expert team at Labb, where youll collaborate with some of Europes most experienced Pega professionals. You''ll play a key role in transforming complex client needs into scalable, high-performing Pega solutions.
What You Bring:
- At least 4 years of hands-on Pega experience as a Senior Developer
- Experience in coaching and mentoring junior team members
- Skilled in component design, delivery, and quality assurance
- Familiarity with Pega performance tools
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture concepts
- Experience integrating Pega with other systems
- CSSA certification (required)
- Based in the Netherlands or in the UK(required)
- Dutch language skills are a big plus
What Youll Do:
- 40 hours working week
- Operate in a hybrid setup (whether from the Netherlands or from the UK)
- Design and develop advanced Pega applications
- Collaborate closely with top-tier Pega consultants across Europe
- Guide user story assignment and support delivery quality
Preferred Profile:
- Strong team player with excellent communication and analytical skills
- Able to estimate effort at component and story level, identifying risks and dependencies
- Experience with technologies like J2EE, WebSphere, .NET, Oracle, MS/SQL, etc. (a plus)
- Comfortable shaping business requirements into out-of-the-box Pega functionality
