For our most recent mandate we are looking for an experience Contract Lawyer to support one of our clients in Amsterdam for a 12 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support for commercial activities for The Netherlands and Belgium
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts
- Focus on franchise and licensing agreements, particularly within the Food Beverage (FB) sector
- Advise internal stakeholders on contractual risk and compliance matters
- Work closely with regional and international legal teams
Profile:
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience as a lawyer (mid-senior level)
- Strong expertise in commercial contracts; experience with franchising/licensing is highly preferred
- Ability to handle complex agreements independently
- Previous exposure to FB or consumer-facing sectors is an advantage
- Fluent in Dutch and French (written and spoken)
- Based in Amsterdam: 3 days office, 2 days home office possibility
