AsFinance Transformation Manager, youll be at the forefront of thischange, leading critical end-to-end transformation projects. Fromdefining the vision to executing system, process, andorganizational changes, youll be instrumental in modernizingfinance operations and enabling long-term business agility. KeyResponsibilities - Co-create and execute the finance transformationroadmap in partnership with the Finance Transformation Director -Lead large-scale initiatives involving finance, IT, sourcing, HR,and business operations - Drive strategic planning, business casedevelopment, budgeting, and stakeholder alignment - Own thedelivery of transformation projects, from vendor selection throughimplementation and post-go-live optimization - Collaborate withdigital and HR teams to map out the future tech landscape andoperating model - Ensure successful change management and adoptionacross impacted teams - Report on progress, risks, and decisions tosenior leadership to drive transparency and accountability Werelooking for a proactive, business-oriented transformation leaderwith strong financial acumen and project execution capabilities.Youll thrive in this role if you have: - Proven experience infinance transformation, consulting, or finance PMO roles - A stronggrasp of finance domains such as accounting, controlling, treasury,and FP&A - Experience designing or optimizing end-to-endbusiness processes (e.g., Lead-to-Cash) - Hands-on involvement indigital finance implementations or ERP-related projects - Excellentstakeholder management skills and the ability to leadmultidisciplinary teams - Strong analytical, strategic thinking,and communication skills Youll be joining an ambitiousorganization during a pivotal moment of change.
