Innovation Roundtable is the leading network for innovation executives in multinational firms. We organize exclusive workshops on key innovation topics worldwide, and we are looking for volunteers to join us at our upcomingInnovation Roundtable Workshop hosted byIESEin Barcelona on 3rd and 4th June 2025.

As a volunteer, you will work closely with our Event Manager and help ensure the smooth running of the event while having the unique opportunity to attend some of the exclusive presentations, a privilege normally reserved for corporate executives.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Assist with check-in and registration
• Provide information and guidance to attendees
• Help prepare meeting rooms throughout the day
• Collect notes and forms from discussion sessions
• Support the event team with other ad hoc tasks
