The role involves evaluating the organization''s future workforce needs and recommending strategic HR adjustments. You will support the Italy Market teams in this capacity.Your responsibilities will includeSupporting the implementation of People programs within the Italy market, collaborating with the HR Italy Market Team, Central HR CoE, and HR Operations.Advising business line managers on the planning and execution of key People Management processes (e.g., Performance Management, Compensation Review, Engagement).Communicating effectively with employees on topics such as work-life balance, HR processes, and organizational changes.Supporting the HR Italy team in executing the people agenda and contributing actively to its goals.Driving key initiatives independently in the Italy Market, such as Sales Incentives, Internal Communication, Recruitment, and Engagement projects.QualificationsA Master''s degree in Economics or HR Management is a plus.At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably as an HRBP or HR Generalist in a multinational environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Strong team orientation, eagerness to learn, problem-solving skills, and results-driven attitude.Proactive mindset, adaptability in VUCA environments, and flexibility.Analytical thinking, continuous improvement mindset, and innovative attitude.What we offerAn international, dynamic working environment.Discounts on Beko and Whirlpool appliances.Hands-on experience with significant business exposure.A supportive, collaborative team environment.Global career opportunities and impactful work.We are an equal opportunity employer.
