Join our dynamic team as a Senior Data Analyst and help shape the future of payments in Europe.Role OverviewAs a Senior Data Analyst in the Growth Intelligence team, you will collaborate with stakeholders from Product Marketing, CRM, Business Development, and Engineering to identify business needs and uncover analytics opportunities. Your responsibilities include:Delivering impactful data-driven solutions to support business growth.Analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights for decision-making.Designing and managing A/B tests to optimize products and processes.Creating dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.Maintaining and troubleshooting existing analytic solutions for accuracy and reliability.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data into business strategies.Staying updated with industry trends and adopting best technologies and techniques.Supporting a data-driven culture through ad-hoc analyses and insights.Your Ideal Profile5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics, with strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills, especially in marketing campaigns, attribution, and web analytics.Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and experience with visualization tools like Looker or Tableau.Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders professionally.Enthusiastic about fintech or startup environments.Fluent in Italian and English.We value diverse perspectives and unique strengths.
