Your Missions
- You willlog,categorise,prioritise,diagnose,resolve,closeandescalateincidents
- You will haveincident ownershipandcommunicationthroughout the lifecycle of the incident
- You will handle inpolicyandout of policyservice requests
- You will interveneonsiteat theuser locationortemporary location
- You will executeIMACD tasks
- You will raise requests forauthorisationof service requests
Your Profile
- You are able to speak and writefluentlyat leastEnglish and French, to communicate easily with all the users
- You are experienced and have already worked in asimilar positionfor at least 2years
- You are familiar withticketing toolsandCMDB tools
- You have experience withMS Office SuiteandMicrosoft OS (Windows 7 and 10)
- You have knowledge ofmobile devicesandmobile phone services
- You have an understanding ofnetworkingandnetworking protocols
- You are experienced introubleshooting PCs/Laptops/Tablets, VPN, etc.
- You have goodproblem-solving skillsand you areflexibleandstress resilient
- You are ateam playerwho likes to work in an international environment
- You like to payattention to detailsand you arecustomer focused
