To shape and drive an integrated CSR strategy throughout the whole Zeelandia Group, we are looking for a CSR Program Lead. In this role, you will work closely with the People Planet Lead to drive engagement, create impact, and raise awareness among employees, customers and consumers.
Function
- Responsible for the development, implementation and securement of the CSR strategy across the Zeelandia Group, aligning initiatives across production and sales locations
- Identify all the opportunities and risks related to social and environmental sustainability, translating them into a structured CSR strategy
- Lead the implementation of clear CSR goals, guidelines and KPIs throughout the Zeelandia Group, in collaboration with local CSR ambassadors
- Engage with stakeholders by fostering partnerships and aligning the strategic direction and sustainability goals
- Manage internal and external CSR communication and set up workshops and campaigns to increase awareness and engagement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and lead the reporting process, including contributing to the CSRD report
- Consolidate sustainability data across departments and locations, facilitating automation and integration into existing IT systems
- Report to the Global Director CSR and collaborate closely with the People and Planet Lead.
Profile
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Food Technology, Public Administration, Sustainability, or a related field
- Proven experience in CSR or sustainability program management, ideally within the food or manufacturing sector
- Operational and commercial mindset, with an affinity for finance and data-driven decision-making
- A strategic thinker with strong project and change management skills who is result-driven and takes decisive action
- Has the ability of critically assessing situations and ask the right questions, is capable of providing structure and seeing the bigger picture
- Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to connect people and engage at all levels, both internally and externally
- Enjoys working in an international environment and is willing to travel within Europe (approximately 20% of the time)
