Robert Half is currently recruiting an ITInfrastructure Specialist to join a company active in the oil andgas industry. Our client is located in Antwerp. As an ITInfrastructure Specialist, your responsibilities will include:Addressing and resolving IT breakdowns such as failingswitch/server/Azure/windows server and offering applicationsupport. Monitoring the capacity of systems and ensuring theavailability of backups. Implementing and regularly updatingsecurity measures. Executing software upgrades and hardwarerefreshes across our global fleet. Driving continuous improvementsto ensure alignment between IT and business needs. The idealcandidate will possess the following qualifications and skills: ABachelor''s degree in Electronics or an IT-related engineeringfield. Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support.Proficiency in Azure (IaaS, virtual networks, virtual servers).Extensive knowledge of Windows Server, Veeam, and Linux. Solidexpertise in networking (L2/L3 switching and routing protocols).Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and general security.Familiarity with ITIL practices for managing IT service processes.Experience with scripting languages. Highly developedtroubleshooting and analytical skills. Excellent communicationabilities and team collaboration skills. Fluency in English, bothwritten and spoken.
