We are looking for a Recruitment Sourcer to support our client, a global leader in the entertainment industry, by identifying and engaging top technical talent across the EMEA region. This role will partner closely with engineering hiring teams and requires a thoughtful, research-driven, and consultative approach to talent sourcing.
As part of the broader recruiting team, you will help build high-impact technical teams that contribute directly to innovation and growth. Your work will go beyond traditional sourcing, contributing to an inclusive and strategic hiring process that emphasizes long-term success,
coaching, and collaboration.
What You Will Do
- Research & Strategy: Design and execute creative, in-depth sourcing strategies to find talent beyond conventional platforms. Deliver market insights and talent intelligence to hiring partners to inform decisions and shape recruiting strategies.
- Candidate Engagement: Identify, approach, and engage technical candidates through personalized outreach and relationship building. Represent the brand with authenticity while ensuring a strong candidate experience.
- Evaluation & Matching: Conduct initial technical screenings, assessing not just skill fit, but also alignment with team needs and company culture.
- Collaboration & Influence: Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on role requirements and guide recruiting strategy. Provide insight and coaching based on market research, candidate feedback, and hiring trends.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Proactively support efforts to build inclusive and diverse teams through intentional sourcing strategies and talent engagement.
- Pipeline Management: Manage multiple roles at once while balancing speed with a high-quality, thoughtful candidate experience.
Who You Are
- Experienced: You have at least 5 years of recruitment or sourcing experience, with strong expertise in technical talent markets and sourcing for engineering profiles.
- Regionally Informed: Deep knowledge of the EMEA talent landscape, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe, with awareness of local recruiting practices and challenges.
- High volume hiring experience
