Your Missions
- You help on subjects such as service definition,follow-up of managed service, and overall service coordination
- You ensureuser satisfactionby implementing necessary communicationwith the client and end users
- Youare in charge of the capacity management
- Youassist technical meetingsand make the follow up with the service provider
- You help technical teamsto reach their targets
- You plan, execute and deliver support projects
- You elaborate theresource planning, follow-up of staff activities
- You evaluaterisk and provide problem analysis
- Youcreate reports
Your profile
- You haveminimum 6 yearsof professional experiencein a similar position
- You hold at least aBachelor''s degree in ITor a related field
- You have a fluent level inFrenchandEnglish
- You are certified inITIL 4
- You areprocesses oriented
- You have soliddocumentationskills
- You arepro-active, stress resistant, and have greatcommunicationskills (writing & speaking)
- You arerigorouswith excellent analytical and organizational skills
