What You''ll Do:
Together with the technical cofounder give key contributions and validation to the architecture and technical direction while remaining a strong hands-on contributor.
Own the product delivery pipeline - break down big product goals into clear, prioritised work-streams and assign them to the right people.
Review designs, interfaces, and code for quality, security, performance, and cost-efficiency.
Partner with Product and stakeholders to ship the highest-impact increments every iteration.
Grow and mentor the team from todays 15+ engineers to 40+ by the end of next year, fostering a culture of excellence.
What Were Looking For:
Proven history as a principal or senior software engineer leading architecture in distributed and or cloud enterprise products.
Current hands-on development skills with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript .
Proven experience in a multitude of backends ideally search systems (Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, or similar) and other SQL / NOSQL - distributed system development experience .
Enterprise-grade security know-how across build pipelines, release processes, and runtime.
Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes on at least one major cloud provider.
Strong system-administration fundamentals and DevOps mindset.
Excellent leadership and English-communication skills ; able to influence across functions.
Salary depending on seniority, range from 70k to 90+k - Principal level Stock Option package - other benefits.
