As a result of the incredible growth of our client, were looking for bilingual speakers to join us and one of the worlds most well-known brands.- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers; - Respond promptly to customer inquiries; - Communicate with customers by calls, tickets, emails or messages; - Know the product/service well; - Process customer requests and complains; - Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database; - Increase customer loyalty by delivering a seamless experience.- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Finnish, Norwegian or Dutch, and advanced level of English; - Have 6 months 1 year of customer service experience; - Have call center experience; - Are living in or willing to relocate to Portugal; - Have flexibitity in terms of shifts; - Have effective communication skills and customer care skills ability to listen and understand the customers needs; - Have strong computer navigation skills (you dont need to be a pc nerd, dont worry); - Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
