Job Description
- You play a key role in establishing the privacy department, guiding its policies and vision.
- Policy Development and Implementation: You convert the data protection policy into specific internal regulations and ensure they are effectively put into practice including NEN7510.
- Conduct Internal Audits.
- Advisory Role: You provide expertise in developing policies related to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and broader information security, contributing to their implementation and enhancement.
- Regulatory Compliance: You ensure strict adherence to internal codes of conduct and legal requirements, including the GDPR.
- Incident Management: You address data incidents, breaches, and conflicts of interest, including reporting to the Dutch Data Protection Authority and board members.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in privacy and data protection
- Strong basic knowledge and experience in information security
- Fluent in Dutch (Full professional level)
- Bachelors Degree
- At least one privacy or one information security related certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, CDPO, ISO 27701LA/LI, CISM, CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CSSP, ISO 27001 LA/LI;
