About the role: Youwill collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to design andimplement advanced AI solutions that drive decision-making andinnovation. Your daily activities will include: - Analyze raw data:assessing quality, cleansing, and structuring for downstreamprocessing - Develop architectures to streamline data scienceprocesses - Support initiatives for data integrity andnormalization - Promote data-based decision-making across thecompany through reports and presentations - Develop insightfuldashboards to track performances Requirements: - Bachelor''s degreeor equivalent experience in a quantitative field (Statistics,Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) - Greatanalytical skills and attention to detail, insights-driven attitude- Fluency in Python, Pandas, and database technology (SQL, schemadesign and query optimization techniques) - Expertise in using BItools (e.g. Looker, Looker Data Studio, Tableau, AWS QuickSight) -Understanding of full software development life cycle and agiledevelopment - Proficiency in Italian (B2+) Nice to have -experience in Large Language Models APIs or quantitative analyticsor data modeling is a plus - Expertise in using BI tools (e.g.Looker, Looker Data Studio, Tableau, AWS QuickSight) - Experienceon Ecommerce and digital marketing metrics - Expertise in usingscalable analytics techniques (e.g., PySpark, Dask, Modin, Koalas)and MPP databases (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake) for complexdata assembly and transformation Whats in it for you? - Work withtons of data, to which you will have full access - Work closelywith all functions within the organization - Youll have the uniquechance to work on high-impact Data/AI projects within a large-scaleorganization where your contributions will drive tangible change -Work in a highly-skilled, organized and cross-functional Data Team- Opportunity to grow personally and professionally throughtraining and peer interaction - Hybrid work structure: 4 days inthe office and 1 day of smart working per week.
