The IT Testing ALM Application Coordinator is responsible to support OpenText ALM usage in the context of a specific testing program, supporting; training session, tracking testing execution defect management and testing reporting/KPI. He / She manages, executes and follows up of IT testing (i.e. project functional and non-functional testing activities).
Project scope
IT Testing Qalm Application Coordinator will be in charge to manage/support testing of OpenText ALM use in a specific Client's Program:
Support testing strategy with the Testing Lead for specific project in scope
Manage testing planning and coordinate testing resources (Testing CoE) when needed
Manage testing training session in collaboration with Testing CoE members
Coordinate and generate testing reporting/KPI for specific project in scope
Advocating appropriate level of testing in system implementation processes and quality in defect resolution.
Requirements
Experience working in the Pharma/Financial industries is a plus
Knowledge of Computerized Testing Processes and Good Practices (e.g. ISTQB certification, TMap, GAMP)
Expertise of functional and non-functional testing (manual testing framework)
Robust organization, structure and planning within the day to day work activities
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Expertise in OpenText testing suite ALM (Mandatory)
