Foodiverse , we are looking for a highly experienced Quality professional to lead and align our standards across international sites. This is a key role within a
multinational, multi-site, and structured organization , ideally suited to someone with a background in the
fresh food industry .

Key Responsibilities: Ensure implementation and alignment of Group quality standards across all international sites. Oversee and coordinate internal and external audits. Manage decentralized quality teams with functional reporting lines. Consolidate and analyze key quality indicators; lead corrective and preventive actions. Ensure compliance with international standards and certifications (IFS, BRC, ISO, HACCP). Lead responses to customer and consumer complaints at Group level. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in quality systems and processes. Collaborate closely with Operations, R&D, and Production to ensure consistency across functions. Prepare and report quality performance and KPIs to senior management and key stakeholders. Support training and development plans for local quality teams to ensure alignment with Group goals.
Requirements: University degree in Quality, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field. Proven experience in
multinational, professionalized companies with multiple production sites . Deep knowledge of
international quality and food safety standards
(IFS, BRC, HACCP, ISO, etc.). Experience managing
international or remote teams
with functional reporting. Fluent in
English
(mandatory);
German
is a plus. Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset. Excellent communication and cross-functional influencing abilities. Willingness to travel
at least 33% of the time
internationally. Previous experience in the
fresh food sector
is highly valued (e.g., fresh produce, ready-to-eat).
