Join us in connecting people to commerce in this vital, rewarding role.Role OverviewThis position installs, debugs, and provides technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises. Responsibilities include scheduled inspections, cleaning, minor repairs, troubleshooting, and customer service to ensure satisfaction and proper product functioning.ResponsibilitiesInstall, debug, and maintain ATMs, retail, and other equipment within assigned territories.Handle incidents using diagnostic tools, troubleshoot hardware and software failures.Perform hardware repairs at the component level, clean and adjust mechanical parts.Configure and install software as needed.Conduct routine preventive maintenance and refill consumables.Manage IMAC/R tasks: hardware/software moves, additions, changes, and removals.Train customers on hardware and software operation.Receive and update incident reports, inform dispatch of issues, and communicate with customers about service status.Observe and report technical or process issues, suggest improvements, and utilize corporate tools for knowledge sharing.QualificationsEducation or equivalent work experience required.At least 2 years of relevant field service experience or equivalent.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Valid drivers license meeting fleet requirements.Additional DetailsEmployment Type: Full-TimeDepartment: Field ServiceVacancy: 1Location: Remote#J-18808-Ljbffr
