We''re changing lives and redefining success every step of the way.Job DescriptionThe Lead Data Manager will be responsible for all data management activities in large, complex studies under general supervision, or working under minimal supervision on data management activities for small to medium sized projects.CommunicationPrimary communication point for project teams and company departments regarding clinical data management.Communication line for clients/vendors for all data management aspects of clinical projects and reporting.Data ManagementCoordination of data management activities related to EDC development, data collection, cleaning, reconciliation, Database Lock, and final database development.Responsibilities include study document review, developing and reviewing Data Management plans, coordinating user acceptance testing, developing validation plans, overseeing data entry and validation, handling non-CRF electronic data, database edits, CRF reviews, database lock, and data coding.Document ManagementCoordinate with Document Center for TMF and eTMF maintenance.Quality ControlPerform database QC checks.Assist in audits and inspections of Data Management processes.Follow-up on audit findings.TrainingTrain Assistant Data Managers and clinical team members in CRF completion.Corporate/Departmental AssignmentsPrepare for and attend investigator meetings, client/vendor meetings, and teleconferences.QualificationsCollege or university degree or equivalent experience.Minimum 3 years of data management experience in international EDC studies.At least 2 years using CDM/EDC systems like Medidata Rave or Oracle Inform.Proficiency in English, organizational and managerial skills.Additional InformationOpportunity to advance your career in clinical research and develop new skills while growing with the organization.#J-18808-Ljbffr
