Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.The Fashion & Luxury division of Randstad Professional, specialized in recruiting Middle, Senior, and Top Management profiles, is looking for a Retail Operations Specialist for leading companies in the Beauty & Cosmetics sector.The Retail Operations team is the first point of contact and link between HQ and stores.Guarantee effective communication for coordination and management of operational activities.Stimulate commercial growth and ensure optimal service towards the frontline by coordinating and executing the exchange of relevant operational information, especially during key business moments of the year.Actively contribute to establishing effective processes and follow store procedures to ensure smooth operations.Collect, interpret, and analyze information regarding needs, bottlenecks, and developments in processes, tools, and systems.Provide insights on quantitative and qualitative developments through periodic and ad hoc reports and analyses (FOH and BIH KPIs) within your area of expertise/region.Gather information from multiple departments through different communication channels between HQ and local retail lines.Contribute to or develop business cases and create new concepts for processes, tools, or systems, ensuring their realization in collaboration with Area Managers.Evaluate and benchmark current processes, tools, and systems, and initiate improvements, standardization, automation, or changes.Execute activities independently within a given scope, supported by managers or senior colleagues.Provide expert advice to internal stakeholders (Area Managers and Store Managers) in your area of expertise/region.Support, manage, and coordinate new store openings in partnership with Area Managers, following our expansion plans.Your TalentDegree holder with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry, preferably in beauty, jewelry, fashion, or accessories.Positive, proactive attitude with strong organizational and time management skills.Results-driven and task-oriented.Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player, with a service-oriented mindset both internally and externally.Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent communication skills.Proficient in MS Office and computer skills.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAnalyst and SalesIndustriesRetailReferrals can increase your chances of interviewing at Randstad Professional Italia by 2x.Get notified about new Retail Operations Specialist jobs in the Greater Milan Metropolitan Area.#J-18808-Ljbffr
