HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Footwear, Accessories and Licenses.
What You Can Expect
We are currently seeking a Payroll Manager to become part of our Human Resources Business Unit. The ideal candidate will autonomously handle the full spectrum of payroll tasks, including:
- Independently oversee the complete payroll process, from SAP input to bank transfers and accounting recording;
- Manage the SAP interface, from organizational chart updates to personal data input;
- Handle company insurance programs, including accident, illness, unemployment coverage, as well as Pension Fund management together with Broker and related institutions;
- Coordinate with external entities, such as the family allowance fund - cassa assegni familiari, withholding tax office - ufficio imposte alla fonte, and labour office;
- Conduct annual financial closing and facilitate external Auditor reviews.
Your Profile
- Have extensive experience in a similar role in Switzerland, with expertise in Swiss fiscal and labour law;
- Possess a solid background in HR Administration and Compensation & Benefits;
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of MS Office and SAP, with SuccessFactors as an added advantage;
- Native Italian speaker and proficient command of English; German is a plus;
- Display adaptability and strong analytical abilities;
- Showcase excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
