We have been retained by one of the most iconic and established global Private Equity house, which is looking for a Digital Specialist - Investor Relations to join his Paris office.
With a long and top-tier track record and a best-in class team, our client operates several investment strategies with local teams based in the US, Europe and Asia.
We are looking for a Digital Specialist Investor Relations to lead and optimize a suite of SaaS solutions dedicated to the IR function, as part of a global investment group.
This role is essential in driving operational efficiency, improving investor communications, and strengthening data capabilities within the team all in support of a major real estate fundraising initiative.
Youll work closely with Investor Relations, Sales, Marketing, Legal, ESG, IT & Finance teams to ensure digital tools serve both internal excellence and a seamless investor experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the roadmap for IR digital platforms (CRM, investor portal, reporting tools)
- Oversee configuration and improvement of investor-facing platforms and internal workflows
- Coordinate CRM development and usage aligned with user needs and business objectives
- Implement strong data governance practices, including regular data cleaning campaigns
- Act as a key point of contact between business, digital, and support teams
- Advocate for user-centric design and digital simplicity
- Monitor emerging trends in private markets tech to continuously enhance tools and processes
What Were Looking For
- Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 4+ years experience in product management or data roles, ideally in financial services or private equity
- Experience managing SaaS providers and implementing digital tools across functions
- Strong knowledge of investor relations workflows and regulatory/reporting requirements
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), investor portals, and data/reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage with senior stakeholders and tech teams
- Fluency in English required; French is a strong advantage
