Robert Half is currently recruiting a Controller (m/f/x) to join an international group specialized in building materials.Our client is located in Antwerp.Your responsibilities: You take complete controlling responsibility for all financial tasks within the organization; You prepare andpublish timely quarterly financial statements, including the balance sheet and income statements; You create budgets, financial forecasts, and report variances at both general ledger and cost accounting levels; You coordinate and assist with regulatory reporting and manage annual and periodic program review audits; You review accounts receivable and accounts payable reporting, working closely with the sales department; You ensure quality control of financial transactions and accurate financial reporting; You follow up factoring and transactional financing activities with banks; You assist the CFO in financial planning and managing currency risks (e.G., USD/CAD); You develop anddocument business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.The requested qualifications for this job include:You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or finance; You have relevant experience in accounting or finance roles; You have workedwith accounting software such as MS Dynamics Navision, and are proficient in Excel and Power BI; You possess strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English and work effectively within a team.What does the company offer?A competitive salary package aligned with market standards; Flexible working hours; The possibilityto work from home up to two days per week; Hospitalizationand group insurance plans; Bicycle allowance for commuting; Meal vouchers and a working-from-home allowance; A supportive working environment in the center of Antwerp; A collaborativeteam atmosphere focused on growth and success.Are you interested in this challenging position?
