In this role, you will design, develop, andimplement AI-driven solutions that focus on intelligent automationand agent-based workflows. You will work closely with businessstakeholders to translate their needs into technical requirements,creating robust and scalable AI applications that integrateseamlessly with our existing systems. Duties & Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions, emphasisingintelligent automation and agent-based workflows using existingAI/ML platforms and tools. - Develop agent-based solutions andconversational AI systems, including chatbots and virtualassistants. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understandtheir needs and translate them into technical requirements for AIsolutions. - Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML models,algorithms, and techniques to address specific business challenges.- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and reliable AIapplications and ensure seamless integration with APD Global''ssystems. - Contribute to the development of best practices andstandards for AI development and deployment within theorganisation. - Stay informed of the latest advancements in AI/MLand related technologies, identifying opportunities for innovationand improvement. - Participate in Agile development processes andfoster a collaborative, innovative team environment. Skills &Experience - Tertiary qualification in Computer Science,Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field. - Provenexperience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions,particularly in automation and agent-based workflows. - Experiencein developing agent-based solutions and conversational AI systems(e.g., chatbots, virtual assistants). - Proven experience withworkflow automation technologies (e.g., Zapier, Integromat orsimilar platforms). - Ability to analyze complex processes andidentify automation potential. - Proficiency in programminglanguages such as Python, with experience in relevant AI/MLlibraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).- A strong passion for AI and its potential to transform businessoperations, coupled with a practical, results-oriented approach. -Experience with transformational projects and a demonstratedability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
