This role requires a strong finance background and deep expertise in enterprise performance management, including end-to-end transformation and data migration strategy. The position is based in Amsterdam, with a hybrid model (50% onsite).As a key contributor, you will lead the mapping of finance processes, guide COA optimization, and define the implementation blueprint aligned with EPM best practices.Key Responsibilities:Drive end-to-end FCCS/PBCS implementation and business transformationAnalyze and map consolidation processes to Oracle FCCSDefine and implement best-practice-based EPM blueprintsLead chart of accounts (COA) study and structure optimizationDevelop data migration strategies in line with industry standardsTop 5 Essential Skills:Expertise in Oracle FCCS and PBCSStrong finance background, preferably Chartered AccountantDeep understanding of consolidation and planning processesHands-on EPM implementation and transformation experienceProficient in defining EPM blueprints and product configurationsTop 5 Optional Skills:Knowledge of Canons consolidation processExperience with COA reengineering in finance systemsDutch language proficiencyFamiliarity with finance-driven data migration strategyStrong communication and stakeholder alignment skills Interested?
