For a pioneering leader in the Swiss IT services industry, we are seeking a visionary Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive sustainable growth with passion, strategic foresight, and a commitment to innovation.

Your tasks

  • Overall responsibility for Group Financial Reporting, KPI reporting, and the preparation of financial statements according to GAAP FER Swiss Code of Obligations
  • Collaborate with CFOs to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning aligned with the group''s strategic objectives
    • Required office presence in Delémont (and occasionally in Basel): a minimum of 2-3 days per week
  • Manage cash pooling to optimize liquidity and oversee consolidated cash flow management and reporting
  • Develop and implement a tax strategy to enhance the group''s tax position, mitigate financial risks, and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Harmonize and optimize financial operations and internal control systems across all group companies
  • Build strong relationships with banks to secure funding for future acquisitions and growth initiatives
  • Support valuation and due diligence for acquisitions, including balance sheet, income statement, and risk assessments
  • Work with external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance

Your profile

  • 10 years of professional experience, minimum 3 years in the role of CFO / Head of Finance or another senior position in the finance sector
  • Extensive and significant experience in a similar role, applying accounting principles and financial reporting, ideally within Swiss GAAP FER and Swiss Obligations
  • Empathetic leadership qualities, capable of uniting and motivating teams, coupled with a strategic foresight
  • Proven expertise in mergers and acquisitions (MA) along with a strong understanding of Swiss regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management coupled with strategic, holistic thinking, and assertive approach
  • Fluent in English, German or French is a strong asset
  • Completed degree in Accounting or Finance or relevant qualification
