Job Title: (Senior) Customer Success Manager Italy, Bari Job Description: Your mission You are responsible for our Italian customers and manage all communication. You introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries. You are responsible for training operational managers (remotely/on-site) for our product usage. You identify potential issues in the onboarding process and work with customers and colleagues to resolve them. You oversee upgrades of our solutions for existing clients. You help improve our product and processes through close customer contact. Your profile You have at least 5 years experience in digital (multi) project management, with proven successful projects. You work in a structured and organized manner, even under stress, managing multiple tasks effectively. You communicate clearly and confidently at C-level, even in tense situations. You are willing to travel to customer sites. You are native or bilingual in Italian, fluent in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
